SANTIAGO. – El ministro de Salud Pública, doctor Daniel Rivera, desglosará este viernes las políticas públicas y los programas que sustentan el sistema sanitario en República Dominicana, incluyendo campañas de vacunación, atención primaria, Ruta de la Salud, presupuesto general, avances en el campo de la medicina e inversión del Gobierno Central.

Además, Rivera enfocará temas sobres las enfermedades crónicas y de altos costos., experiencias y tratamientos de la covid-19, consecuencia de las malarias, incidencia del SIDA, tuberculosis, denguem chicunguya, gastos con parturientas haitianas, cólera y malaria.

“Los detalles de los proyectos sanitarios, la visión del presidente Luis Abinader, habilitación de las estructuras hospitalarias y acuerdos internacionales, serán ofrecidos en el espacio “El Cafecito Ampliado”, el cual se presentará desde el Monumento por Teleuniverso y tendrá como anfitriones a los profesionales de la comunicación Haime Thomas Frías Carela, Carlos Manuel Estrella, Esteban Rosario, Nelson Peralta e Iliana Rosario, quienes contará con los seportes técnicos del personal de nuestra planta televisiva”, informó el doctor Amaury Polanco, director ejecutivo de canal 29.

Acompañarán al doctor Rivera viceministros y funcionarios del Gabinete de Salud, quienes expondrán los logros alcanzados en materia de salud pública en la gestión gubernamental que lidera el jefe de Estado Luis Abinader Corona.

“Hemos planificado este programa especial porque tenemos plena conciencia de la importancia de la salud por el desarrollo de una población sana, lo que es determinante para su integración en las actividades productivas y contribuir con el crecimiento de la economía, evolución de la sociedad y el bienestar social”, precisó Polanco.

“Tenemos que destacar, -puntualizó el ejecutivo de Teleuniverso- los cuantiosos recursos económicos del gobierno en el campo de la salud y la contratación de profesionales de las ciencias de la salud, en procura de proteger a los dominicanos y dominicanas de las enfermedades y garantizar una vida sana”.

Y agregó “Se trata de una plataforma comunicacional basada en orientación, formación, educación e informaciones científicas, con los fines de instruir a los ciudadanos sobre los efectos de las afecciones y al mismo tiempo que asuman compromisos por su salud, lo que implica prevenir las enfermedades, acudir al médico cuando sea pertinente y cooperar con los galenos, en aras de contrarrestar los trastornos por la felicidad de la población; ese es una labor que la emprendemos con entusiasmo y amor, puesto que anhelamos lo mejor para hombres, mujeres y niños”.
